To reach their objectives, SHI sponsors the Rutgers football stadium and uses transit advertising. This includes running ads on the Rutgers bus system - the largest university transportation system in the country. These signs employ four different creative concepts, all with recruitment messaging. By highlighting specific SHI employees hired from Rutgers, their graduating class and the position they hold at SHI (Director of Inside Sales, for example), SHI not only raises brand awareness but also boosts brand affinity.
