MSS Media Inc. provided media buy and placement services for the USC Institute for Addiction Science (IAS) as they worked to create program awareness and recruit students to their degree program. IAS provides the infrastructure and resources for transdisciplinary research, education, clinical services, and community engagement to reduce addiction.
Strategy:
To help reach their awareness and recruitment objectives, IAS utilized out-of-home (OOH) signage containing:
- Compelling messaging
- A website prospective applicants could visit to learn more
- QR codes prospective applicants could scan with their mobile phones to visit the website quickly and easily
Media placements included bus shelter and transit card advertising at the University of Southern California (USC).
